some pics of my grafted peyotes

here are some pics of some of my peyotes that i grafted myself:

A seedling grafted 6 months ago. The rootstock started to sprout a new pup and is now pushing the peyote aside.

This one is already sprouting new pups.

another one:

This one is strange. A grafted seedling, but i think it's turning into a cristate.

Need spores? We got spores!

Looking good...how old were the loph's when you grafted? Is that a Tr. macrogonus as the rootstock in the first pic?

The lophs on the first and last two pics were grafted when they were two weeks old. The other two were about 1 cm in diameter. The rootstocks are Trich. pachanoi (i grew these from seed). The rootstock in the third pic is Myrtillocactus geometrizans.

the advantages is that the peyote grows with the same rate as the pedro, in a couple years you have a peyote that look like 15 years old....
but for the potency is another thing....for what i've read doesn't increase at the same rate of growing....
