Ok this is like a cheap B horror movie! I bury cake in pot of vermiculite, peat moss, and fertiliver! It was doing good, then out of he blue one shroom! Then nothing, soo i dig up alittle piece of soil and their is no mycelium! I dip up the whole pot and nothing!!! I can't figure it out!

mighta decomposed your cakes...just a guess. Next time stick with the verm & peat.
