this is a broken link to the dea website,but you guys need to read it! spore syringes in montana(legal state)were confiscated by a postal worker and sent to the dea.to charge the person with intent to produce a schedule 1 drug, the pigs had to see if the spores would grow,so they grew some shrooms,and i'm willing to bet this person got his place raided .this could happen to anyone ,right?

I hope whoever that is gets a good lawyer and sues the shit out of the DEA and USPS. Fucking dirty bastards. I guess they can't destinguish between legal and ILlegal these days.

i don't think it really matters if it's old or new.what matters is that this shit happend and everyone that buys spores may be at risk(even if they live in a legal state).

if it was illegal to buy them it'd be illegal to sell them and there wouldn't be licensed businesses doing it. i highly doubt that any charges were ever filed.

lol...I just got done taking a package of syringes to a UPS store, the box needed to be taped shut as I did not have any tape, although it was closed. After paying the man I told him to be sure and tape the box shut, he asked my what was inside for some reason and I bullshited. Anyways...that fucker better not be sticking his nose where it doesn't belong.
