Best Growing Method

Hi. I just bought a spore syringe and am wondering what the best method of inoculating my jars would be. The instructions that came with it tell me to use vermiculite however many other instructions do not mention this. Then it tells me to use tin foil but does that mean i should wrap the jar and lid or just the jar. If someone has an idiot proof method I would be very greatful. Thanks a bunch

i suppose just following the brf/vermic. tek will be the best since youre starting out. im using it for my first time, its not hard.

Just follow the steps. I think it's as easy as the pf tek but who knows. The rye way

PF Tek is the easiest i'd say. no guess work, easy to get no contams. Might wanter consider in addition a pmp and a tnt and using the oven tek when inoculating

I know some people may disagree but the "Rye way" Magash posted above is just as easy as pf tek if you use some common sense. Ive never had contams from syringe to casings. Your yeilds will be exponentially better.

Just wanted to say thanks for everyone's advice. I used the PF TEK method and it worked great (used rye flower and vermiculite). Shrooms are almost ready for harvesting. Here is a pic.
