Long term effects?

Never done mushrooms myself, but I've a friend who does... Does anyone know the long term effects they can have on someone?

There are NO known long-term physicall effects that result from use of psilocybe mushrooms. Not even with heavy usage.

Psychological effects are a completely different subject, one that is open to debate. I'll put it this way:

Anything you do in life that involves strong emotions or the possibility of psychological trauma can, and probably will, change you as a person. I'll leave the interpretation of this up to you.

You won't go insane, unless you already have an underlying mental problem. Shrooms won't cause any damage to your body. You won't kill your brain cells. If you want more information, visit www.erowid.org cause it has pretty much everything you could want as far as information.
