New Tapalpa *PIC*

I know how everybody likes pictures and I never seem to have any scince my camera got stolen but a friend with a digital was by the other day and I was able to snap a quick shot of some Tapalpa's. This strain has been colonizing at a very fast rate so I've nicknamed them 'Speedy Tapalpa's'

ralph was only asking a question. I was kinda wondering the same thing myself. Why only one picture?

Too bad about the camera Max.. Good shrooms though. Weird how the veil is detaching from the stipe instead of the cap. What sort of environment did those grow in? Also, what's that little spot on the stipe of the shroom on the right?

cool pik, I'd bet they were grown from a cake, right through the top vermiculite layer that wasn't completly scraped away after birthing........

The small bruise and veil detaching like that are a result of the rough ride the shrooms took when I took thenm to the guy with the camera. They were in a cup on the front seat and they fell over once. I'm finding these shrooms like to grow several mediums sized shrooms at a time, not like a B+ that usually fruits one large one. These were grown on standard brf/verm cakes. I test all my strains on basic cakes because I realize most people use that method when starting and I want to ensure that they will be successfull.

Next up, Wollongongs, now fruiting! Pictures at 11......amazing pics of a beautiful new strain with a creamy coulored stalk. Again, this is just a small test batch and the first shrooms that pop will get there pic taken. And not going to hold off and wait for the day when I have a whole roomful. Besides, if you want a close-up, you have to concentrate on just a couple.

This is why I am not worried about r. selling syringes. He is dealing in totally different products. I have exclusive strains, anybody that wants them can only get them from the SporeLab. And as they make there way into the mainstream, they will be replaced by more exclusive strains. As a member of the executive board of the Elphinstone Mycological Society, I have contacts around the world with amateur mycologists.

Watch for more exclusive strains in the future. In fact, I'm working on the Hawiaain Coneheads right now.
