"Fast Food Of The Gods" Tek question

Ive decided to try my success with the "fast food of the gods" tek, however, for some unknown reason to me, 'glycine' a non-essential amino acid is prohibited for sale in Canada. Does anyone know what role glycine plays in the tek specifically, or if it is an "essential" amino in this tek....i could order it, but wish to get started with a suitable substitute. Thanks to those who reply.

FFOTG didn?t work for me, If you are a newbie, go with the PF tek the first time.
