Pan Cyan Fruiting?

OK, I have cased my pan Cyans in a variety of ways. Experimenting and trying to find what works. Casing methods I am using at the moment: Black Kow Compost with Vermeculite base Black Kow Compost with Black Kow Base ZooDoo Compost Wheat Straw and Wheat Straw base Wheat Straw Base and ZooDoo casing ZooDoo base and McMagic casing Wheat Straw base and McMagic casing. All colonizing but the ones with wheat straw going nuts. Do I need to see Mycelum all through wheat straw or can I start fruiting a about 20%?

I colonized in jars and did a massive test on casing. I want to find what works with the pan cyans I have. Anyways, In three of my casings I laid wheat straw in bottom of casing container then covered spawn with a variety of things, 50/50, wheat straw, zoodoo, etc. These ones where I put wheat straw in bottom of casing container have colonized like crazy. I am wondering if I need to see mycelum on top of casing to fruit or can I do it with bottom layer colonized?

there is no SUCCESSFUL way to know what is best for casing ANY KIND of mushroom from ONE experiment. Multiple experimentations are the key to finding... the key;)
