Pan Cyan Grain Jars: Contaminated or not? Could I still spawn?

So, I've started growing again after a 5 year hiatus due to moving to a different country. I got a couple Pan Cyan spore prints online and on my first atempt I got an extremely fast growing culture on agar, but when I put it to trays nothing happened, I have a feeling it was an environmental issue (unexpected temperature variations and poor temperature control when counteracting this). Also, the mycelium seemed somewhat strange so I decided to start again from spores. This time, I've been plagued with contamination, my room was a little dirty and I had left my fan running too close to the time of using my SAB so all but two of my plated went to shit. I colonised some jars using one of those plates, and growth has been slow to say the least, the fastest jar has also shown some yellowing and fluid build up, metabolites perhaps? If you see the first picture, the uncolonised patch by my thumb was very wet, but has dried and mycelium is starting to creep in, but the bottom of the jar doesn't look great (see second picture). I have two other jars (see the other pics) which took a long time to recover after inoculation, but are now advancing fairly rapidly and currently show no signs of contams (I had some other jars but they stalled and didn't recover like these so I chucked and inoculated with another strain).

I'm in an awkward situation, I spent a few months investing in buying all the gear and trying to get set up again, but at the end of August I'm going home for 10 weeks, and after returning I'll be preparing to move to a different city in my country of residence, so due to these major disruptions I'm under some pressure to get some fruits to clone because if I don't get something soon, I'm not gonna be able to grow until after I move, and starting from scratch again takes time, so I really don't wanna have to wait another 8 months to get some fruits.

As I said, the other two jars are looking fairly healthy, but I wanted to spawn the yellowed one anyway to maximise my chances of getting fruits. Even with bacteria, it seems like the mycelium is defending itself well enough, and with correct substrate pasteurisation I would have thought I could get at least a flush out of it. I'm not new to growing, but I don't have masses of experience, and in the past I had a better controlled environment so I was able to avoid contamination. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm gonna shake all three jars in the next few days and start my sub prep (12 hour pasteurisation @ ~60°C + 5 days to recuperate) then hopefully spawn in 7-15 days from now.

Not looking great. I would not spawn a pan jar that looked like these.

Pan spawn needs to be pretty much perfect.

Never say never! To be fair, 3 of the 5 trays have yet to produce, there's some pins but they're either slow or aborted, it's been 7 days since casing, already cloned the best specimens.
