1st time Dex trip wit girlfriend~

This weekend I am having my first dex trip with my girlfriend and another good friend. Its going to start early in the day and we will probably spend alot of time outside. I was just wondering if there is anything I should know or any tips anyone has, I regularly smoke bud and I've tripped twice on shrooms, the first was a level 3, the second was only a level 1. so ive got some experience in tripping. Any adivce would be helpful though.

don't over do it the first time make sure you aren't allergic by taking 30-60 mg a few days before. Drink grapefruit juice the day before and throughout.

Make sure you have the RIGHT stuff. Pure only... anything else may be harmful. Be smart... be safe.
