Pan. subb potency report

Boy are those things weak!!!! I could barely tell they were active, and no one else who ingested them felt much more either. The subbs in the southeast that grow in horse fields are extremly weak(at least this time of the year) maybe in a more nutritious medium like cow manure, and during cooler times of the year, these mushrooms might have something to offer. But for now, I will pass on the subbs, not worth eating. I ate 60 fresh grams and barely felt anything other than a speedy come up, and then nothing, nadda thing. When dried they seem to loose almost all activity, frsh they are slightly more active, but still nothing to write about, and much, much harder on the stomach than when dried. Quite a bummer they aren't more active, I was very excited. Oh, well, weilii just showed up in the nic of time, who needs the subbs anyways :)

I read that Pan. Subbs are just slightly weaker than Cubes... And Cubes pack quite the punch... but oh well.. Anyways, So what is the potency of the Weilii compared to other shrooms? Whats it's trip like? Normal dosage? Do you know if those things fruit in Tx? Or is that too far west ?

Well, I take it back, tonight my friend had a decent experiance with the subbs and I decided to try once more and am tripping fairly nice right now. Still on the weak side, but very enjoyable! A bit speedy, but nice. Maybe it has alot to do with conditions, I dunno, but this time around was pretty good :) The weiliis are a knock you down type of mushroom. Very potent. The trip is different from cubies, very long lasting and just different. Better shrooms than most IMO.

Subbs are pretty variable--I've picked lots over the years, some were MAYBE equivalent to average homegrown cubes, most were weaker, some just made me jittery and agitated even in large doses. Still, they can be OK if there's nothing better around. Or more than OK--one of the heaviest trips I ever had was on about 6 ounces very fresh haystack specimens boiled up into an evil tasting broth. Booted my ass right into another universe, taught me to respect these "weak" mushrooms.

i guess so! boiling WOULD take away the potency! and they still knocked your ass down. sweet. i agree that this mushroom is veriable on its potency tho. sometimes it packs a punch, sometimes not... it always seems to get you at least to a low level 2 for about a dry 5 grams, but sometimes you pick a certain potent batch that catapult you out of this world.
madness never slows down, it only piles up.

Well, it turned outt o be a nice night last night. I guess I was wrong about these mushrooms. With all the variability with these, I'm going to start picking only the best of looking specimens when they are perfectly fresh. I guess they are worth picking when nothing else is around. The only reason I said I wouldn't mess with them anymore was after a friend ate 70 fresh grams and didn't feel anything! I'm telling you, some of these mushrooms are close to, if not completely inactive, and others seem mildly active. Its just a real bummer when your all ready to trip and nothing happens, especially for me since I only trip 2-3 times a year, its a special event for me. Anyway, the subbs aren't all that bad, they just vary alot!
