Determine nutritional content of substrate

This Feed Composition Guide shows the nutritional content of the various ingredients you may be using in your substrate recipes. There is variability in these figures; meaning the actual values between samples will vary slightly. Tracking the average nutritional contents in relation to 'crop success' would still be beneficial to your long-term success as a mycologist. Feed your babies right and they'll grow.
