Non fruitable strain or something - help RYCHE

I swear, I'm about to tear the hair out of my head.

My friend has had sucess before growing both EQ's, PF's and Thais. He wanted to try Ryches Lipia Yai Thai, so he bough a syringe, and innoculated 9 jars. 1 contamed, made two perfectly normal looking casings with four 1/2 pint jars each.

The mycelium permeates the casing layer, things look like they're about to happen and about 6 or seven days into tha casing, everything just fucking STOPS. Like were talking standstill. (He posted a message some of you may remember, problems problems and more problems) Trying to find the answer. Adjusted temp, humidity, light - everything! No luck. It's not like this is a newbie, he has had success before, he knows what he's doing. He is now on the third batch from this same culture, and each one had been identical. No luck at all. Why will this strain not fruit??? Ryche please help if you can.

No, this is the third batch like this, he has waited up to three weeks with no pins. This is supposed to be a fast growing strain. I've heard of monokaryotic strains, is there any way to ge ta free replacement?
