I've read that straw on it's own was unsatisfactory for these. straw and manure seems to work very well though

amazing tek ralph. hope the fsr is still doing well. there is two quick questions that i didnt see in your tek, how many cc's per half pint jar (per hole), and how thick of a substrate layer do you use? thanks a bunch. i have tried a couple of times to cultivate this with minimal succees. seems you have it down though
