Datura talk
    #3319484 - 11/04/04 01:25 PM (12 years, 1 month ago)

Hey 3 years back I drank Brugsmania tea made from the spring blooms.

I won't go into what is was like because anyone who has experienced this will know. People who have not well, I just can't explain it to you in a way you would understand.

My question is this.  If you have experienced Datura would you do it again or have you?. and if yes why?? And would you do it a third time?

For some reason I have been concidering a second experience.

i have once.. it was very wierd.. and i couldnt read for 2 days straight.. i woke up drunk as a skunk and could barely stand.. i pissed like every 10 minutes.. and every time i was pissing i couldnt tell if i was still asleep and dreaming that i was at the toilet. or if i was actually there.(which is funny AFTER the fact). it was odd .. i might do it again.. i believe the spiritual use of this plant could be to gap your dreaming state with your reality state .. which has its obvious benefits.. datura is a strong entity and she has much power.. but getting past her head games to speak with her seems to take a bit of toying.. ill probably do it again since i have tons of seeds here

p.s. did you experience the blindness that i did? i hear its fairly common.. every once in a while my eyes shift to that focus for a second.. its bizarre.. maybe that is a way your eye muscles shift to pick up on other subtle energies

Ha HA LOL

I pissed all over the fucking place. My wife said I couldn't keep my Dick in my pants LOL

Yeah My eyes were of almost no use at all. And when reality did poke it's head into my dream. everything looked just like a Van Go painting. No depth perception. NONE

The best way to say what happened to me was. At any time I was someplace else and until i reached out with my hand It was real. I would reach out ubtil I reach the ground and the world would reapear for a min like a Van Go painting then FLASH it would be gone. And i would be a work on a job I quit 10 years ago.

Very powerful shit. I was walking and somewhat aware of my wife but hardly. She said I was talking and arguing with old friends from years past. She was talking to me but I was talking to someone else.

The begining of the buzz was just like a strong drunk, then I kinda passed out for 30 mins or so. Mt wife almost call the ambulance. I woke up and for a min I felt in control then I puked big time. Then the trip really began

So...............I am thinking of doing it again to explore certain things. It is a gateway to the dreamland and the answers of the universe. I really spent many days profoundly changed by the thoughts I had during the experience

Only the sore throat thru the entire experienced SUCKED

That was the one real thing that stayed the entire trip

I used Brugsmania flowers. They were the first blooms of the season. Huge flowers. I used 2 full flowers and made a tea

I boiled them in a cup of water until the water turned yellow green. about 5 min.

Then drank it down

I was out for 14 hours and high for another 24. I wasn't right again for aleast a week

I sense sarcasm.

There are very real reasons to go there again. And they are far different from getting High.

I think most people can't handle Datura and that is why it gets a bad write up.

Kinda like some people can handle a .22 pistol but the same person can't handle a 12 Gage shot gun

What was the  for?

Anyway, I thought it was funny out you said you through up, pissed all over the place, and at one point your wife almost called the cops but you still are willing and want to do it again.  Maybe the reason I don't understand is because I've never done it  and don't really plan on it either.

My few experiences with Datura were not very pleasant and I have no desire to repeat them. I thought I had really messed my sight up. I wear reading glasses and it was actually easier to read with them off than on. This was after the drug had supposedly worn off. I was like that for about a day and a half. I considered seeing a doctor to try and correct my vision. It cleared up, but scared me enough to not want to try it again.

At any rate, I am interested in Datura trip reports. Would you consider writing something up about your memories of the experience?

It would be best if my wife gave an account then myself. So when she gets home I will have tell you what she experienced as my babysitter

Then I will give a detailed account of my experience as the end consumer

How's that...........Just it may not be ready until later tonight

Cool

I would also like to hear what your wife has to say about the way you were acting/what you were talking about.  That brings up another question though, if you don't remember hardly any of the trip, then why would you want to do it again?  (and I'm not trying to make you look like a fool  )

Well, I read this "then I kinda passed out for 30 mins or so. Mt wife almost call the ambulance" and then just thought about how many many others have said they don't remember Datura at all and just sort of assumed you didn't either

my bad :whistling:

I liked talking to people who weren't there, and the open eye 'hallucinations', the cotton mouth was bothersome. I will definitely go back to that place.
