Back to finding fault with typos.

A typo is a word accidentally typed wrong not one where the incorrect word is chosen and spelled correctly.

I would be laughing if I didn't have kids but I do and I don't see anything funny about the general state of the world that my children will inherit. I'm not saying I'm right or anything...that's just how I feel.

I wish I could keep a higher perspective on things. I know you have kids Jiggy and I admire your ability to remain positive. I think I choose not to view the world from the absolute subjective witness (covering my ass) because I am worried that by doing so I will not care to make the world better for the next generation.

Source,

You can't change the whole world for them. No wonder you feel weighted down.

All you can do is equip them with the tools for crafting their own heaven on earth, teaching them how to make any moment in time a better experience for themselves. A big part of that is your setting the example.

We can talk about it more tomorrow if you like.

Notice that Swami does not get a hug (even though we are all one and love is supreme ). How can an advanced spiritual being's ego be upset by something as minor as a correction?

I'm not upset. I almost posted a laughing emoticon in reply. I laughed at the last one.

For you   :inlove:

I felt for Source's concerns being a parent and was just moved to give him a hug.

I love all of you S&Pers very very much.

Thanks Jiggy.  I'm doing my best.  I recognize that much of my angst comes from feeling responsible for the state of the world.

I gotta stop whining on these boards.

Thanks for the hug!

He was joking. But ya, one never knows. I didn't put up the laughing emoticon, after the second typo reply because I thought maybe he was going to say that was an adhominen, agaisnt S&P rules and adds nothing to the discussion about my grammatical typos.

And.......I'm joking too.

I feel like, as beings, we move from lows to highs, like the peaks and troughs of a wave. We are more likely to see the pain, suffering, and "wrongs" of the world and additionally feel helpless to stop them when we are in a trough. When we are at a peak we look down with supreme detachment and think about how none of it really matters in the end, it will all come out in the wash. I venture to identify with the midpoint in the wave. Neither completely immmersed, nor completely detached. I find this allows me to do my part in service to others while also traversing my own inner worlds. I plunge my roots deeply into the earth while keeping my head among the clouds.

As far, as europe is concerned, I must consider both possible election-outcomes as continued nightmare.
