Thanks for the reminder.
Here's something I can't seem to find: When will the eclipse be visible, particulalry on the west coast? It appears that it will be a 3.5 hour or so event, but from when to when?
Anybody know?

Florida here... moon looks really cool. It's about 90% eclipsed right now. The eclipsed portion appears amber or pumpkin colored. Awesome astronomical sight.

A rare and beautifully cool (74.3 F.) evening in Miami. Low humidity, intermittant cloud coverage but mostly clear. It is now 11:11 PM and my Lady and I have returned from Conjugation beneath the lunar totality - the Blood Moon - by pool-side. This is the 2nd time we have created this little ritual. I don't know exactly why, but the lunar, watery, feminine principle has eclipsed the solar, fiery, masculine principle which dominated most of my life previously. Next...full Union of Opposites.

i saw it inbetween the clouds, i happened to be driving from north of chicago down south on 355 so watching it from my car was awesome, at one stoplight before i got on the interstate i pulled up to this guy on my left, i could see that he was watching the eclipse too we were both pointing to the sky to make sure that nooone missed it, what an expierence, it would have been better if i had not just seen my aunt who is dying of cancer...
