If you awoke tomorrow

And all this had been a dream, how would you react? Would you miss the friends and loved ones you had dreamt up? How would the awoken self be different from the dreaming self?

I would be confused at first. Depressed and very paranoid that I only woke to another dream. Unless it was ridiculously cool of course. Well actually I still wouldn't react well, but assuming real reality was ridiculously cool I might say "Whoah, that was the most crazy dream ever!" and then probobly readjust my priorities in life having lived an entire alternate lifetime in one night.

If I awoke only knowing what I do now it would obviously be disorienting.

Of course, when I wake up from a dream now, I only vaguely remember what happened, and only for a short time.

I'd imagine I'd light a smoke, grab a soda, and get on with my life and my non-dream friends.. just as I do now.

How can you miss someone who's merely a manifestation created by you. Me personally would question reality itself. If all your life was a dream...how would you ever know if your still not dreaming? Would'nt the awakened self be much more uninhibited by the theory that the present may just be another elaborate dream?
