advice greatly appreciated

ok.. heres the deal
ive used shrooms before.. loved it every second..
ive smoked pot for 4 years.. about an ounce a week..(kind bud)
recently i had a run in with cyanyde from hbwb seeds (lsa containing)
it caused me to have highly increased heart rate.. since than ive been having (anxiety attacks) daily.. i went to the er a few days afterwards.. they say my heart is fine.. my question is:
does anyone have a suggestion to reduce anxiety so i can shroom?

Take one adderall if you have access to it. Or smoke pot.

Both help me when I'm having great anxiety, though if I take more than one adderall I begin to speed and then it kind of defeats the purpose.

I've just had a week of gut wrenching anxiety following a high dose bad trip (Shrooms). Believe me it was no fun. Anyway, I have found that flushing my system with chamomile tea, taking pleanty of vitamin c, and vitamin B with lots of Omega 3 oils have helped significantly. Also, exercise is the best thing I have found to ease that gut wrenching feeling in the stomach. When you exercise, your body produced endorphines (Opiate like substances) that are great for relieving stress and anxiety. Don't try and control your feelings with more unnatural drugs, it wont help in the long run. Exercise and vitamins will work, but ggive it a little time....maybe a week to 10 days?

lol, take an adderall for anxiety? What are you nuts. Adderall is not used for anxiety, it can actually cause worse anxiety, although you probably won't give a shit since you'll be feelin like you're on speed. Try some xanax, klonopin, or valium

i doubt that it was cyanide (or cyanogenic glycosides) that messed you up...
a lot of various body load symptoms are possible...
and many lysergic acid chems do have an effect on as vasoconstrictors...
but it very quickly wears off (hours? a couple days max, eh?)

anxiety attacks?
certain vitamins
" minerals
" herbs
centering/grounding psychospiritual methodologies
electroconvulsive therapy (J/K !!!!!!)(but it can be used for depression, heh...)

Adderall is given to people with ADD to help them focus. I have used adderall to subside my own anxiety many many times. It nullifies the feeling of anxiety and focuses your attention on whatever action is at hand.

It's not my fault that doctors don't use their medicine to it's fullest capabilities. I still suggest using it atleast one time if you have access to it for your anxiety.
