Victoria BC hunting

Ive been looking for info about where abouts mushrooms grow in victoria BC canada, if anyone has any ideas please let me know, maybe one or two fo you out there live here =)

You'll have much better luck in the fall.

Watch for Ps. cyanesens, stuntzii and a few others in mulch, gardens, etc. No cubensis on Vancouver Island.

I think the easiest mushroom (magic at least) the locate around here in the pacific northwest would be the faithful liberty cap. I live on fidalgo island (washington state ferry leaves here for sydney bc) and can find liberty's in pretty much every pasture around. Just wait for october and head out. They will fruit as early as very late august but not in the abundance that october brings. Peace and watch those fucking flashing green lights.

This is an old thread, but I didn't see a point in starting a new one on the exact same topic.

Just wondering if anyone in Victoria area is having better luck than I am this season? Hardly finding anything, wonder if it just hasn't gotten cold enough yet. And we're finally getting rain so maybe things will change over the next week.

Normally I find plenty by this time of year.
