already colonizated in jar casing

sorry if the titule is a bit confuse, im doing a lot of post but i really have to question this thing , so is the only chance to learn a lots of all that people how is more experienced.
well i have my casin that is showing little spots of mycelium(do i have to remove the foil?) in the same terrarium i have a jar with the cake inside so i put a layer of casing on the top , now is fully colonised. the terrarium temp is 27 gcelcius. do i have to put the jar in another terrarium with perlite, at lower temp to induced pining?
or can i let it out of the terrarium of course with less temp?
or i let in the terrarium until casing is fully colonized i asume two weks more at 27 gcelcius.?

iknow thisa is a bit confuse but is dificult to explain thing in english

wait till casing is 1/3 colonized
before inducing pinning-remove foil(light), air exchange,temp,and humidity

yes you can keep them in same container but cake may suffer a little, casing it like that may help though.
