Extracting spent casings

OK this is what i have done and i think it worked good. I extracted the goodies i think from a casing made with 2 BRF + Verm jars cased with verm. I extracted with 1 1000mg vitamin c pill and Cranberry juice. The steps i did are below.

1. Uncovered the substrate(scrape away the verm casing layer on top)
2. Scooped out the substate with a spoon and put it into a mixing bowl. Try and break up the substrate into the smallest pieces possible.
3. Crused up 1000mg of vitamin in a small cup.
4. Poured the vitamin c on the substrate.
5. Poured some cranerry juice in the mixing bowl and proceded to mix for a while then left sit for 10 min.
6. Now i needed to seperate out the verm and stuff. So i got a pitcher i use for koolaid usually :) and put an old t-shirt over the top of the pitcher and kinda pushed it down in a little so u got enough area for the stuff. Then i put a rubberband around the t-shirt or somthing.
7. I Poured the mixing bowl over the t-shirt in the pitcher to filter out the vermiculite and what not.
8. I Iet it drip out for a while. Once it stops dripping i added more cranberry juice and waited some more for it to stop dripping a second time.
9. I squeeeezed the hell out of the t-shirt to get the last of the good juices out.
10. Drink it.

I did this and ended up with a very very milky loooking version of cranberry juice that was very tart and decently potent.

This is very good spent casing and cakes. I used to do it with spent cakes, but now i do casings and the results were the same. I would like some tips about maybe making it more efficent and getting more of the goodies out or jusy any ideas would be great.

How big were your jars? What sort of bulk are we looking at to get this glass of milky juice?

They are were 2 1/2 pint jars. Was a very very strong trip for me.
