Yow! Thats more like Merzbow wired after some crack in need of some more to bring him back up.
You'd do quite well as a sound designer!

Sounds like Waldorf Attack... I love that VST.

Crazy, cracked out, metallic fuzz. I dig it, very original. You should try adding more textures to it, in addition to the grainy fx you have already.
You do well with evolving sounds, and making it as far from a repeated pattern as possible. :thumbup:

And a quick question...what programs do you think would be superior to Cool Edit Pro/Adobe Audition for creating music? My friend tells me Cubase is really for people with programming knowledge, which I do not have.

Cubase is quite bad ass, it lets the operator do many functions, from sequencing to wave editing. You can use VST's, record direct audio, import samples....
It is awesome, I've been lately using Fruity Loops and Cubase more as an arranger while I get more familiar with it.

CEP/Audition is just a wave editor/multitracker, it's pretty limited in its functions.
