I love you guys and I'm nervous...English again.

For some reason, I'm giving my English professor my Irea 1.3 chapter of my novel to read. (version 1, 3rd draft.) Basically, the other day he told us that he wanted us to write him a story for our next assignment. He said we can do anything we want, so I'm giving him this.

I'm sorta nervous though. Because not very many people have actually had a glimpse of The Story that's been going on in my head for the past ten years. Irea 1.3 can stand alone, that's why I'm giving it to him to read.

By the way, he really liked my mushroom essay.

Relax! Approach it like a consumer; you're paying them for this education, yes? Getting feedback from a professor you respect will be a good thing. I read your mushroom essay and it's clear to me you have what it takes, that your writing is good, so why not share your story?
