Egg Rolls....

Get yourself some veggies and some chicken, add wrapper skins and your set...

First you must get out the heavy weapons..



Then cut your veggies small so they can be wraped.




Saute everything with some asian seasonings and then spread it all out too cool...


Then wrap them up.

Bring a pot of oil to temprature.. Dip a tip of an egg roll in the oil to tell if its hot enough..
If ib bubbles and not splatters then your good.

Fry till golden brown and serve with natural soy and Sweet and Sour...

Enjoy.

those are good...

I make homemade egg rolls all the time for my friends

for the filling... something easy I found is they make bagged salads and one variety of bagged salad is for cole slaw, so it comes with shredded cabbage and carrots, and it's only like 1.50 for a nice-sized bag. that takes care of the cabbage and carrots for you, so all you have to chop is celery and onion. :thumbup:

oh and you didn't mention to wet the ends of the wrappers to seal everything... but I'm sure that's written on the wrapper instructions... last thing you want is a roll to come apart while frying it.

They sell the set all over the place..  I just had to get it once I saw the breifcase..    I wana get a pair of handcuffs to go with it..

Im doing a new restaurant opening in Febuary and I wana get a black on black suit with sun glasses like CIA type shit and come in with the case handcuffed to my wrist... :cool:

a friend of mine used to keep his bong in one of those, it was really nice blown glass, and he had the foam cut out for it. he used to handcuff it to shit at parties all the time. pretty classy way to carry your piece.
