scrambled eggs w/ chickpeas

recipe serves 2
ingredients:
1 small-medium tomato
1 large garlic clove
bouta half cup ish of chickpeas
handful of some green stuff (brocoli, kale....)
some salt, chile and cayenne. and some basil
oh and 2 eggs almost forgot the eggs

you'll wanna go ahead and cut up the garlic and tomato and rip up or cut up the green stuff. i used kale in the picture.

and then i go and i squish the chickpeas so they stay more with the eggs. when their round they escape and roll around in the pan.

put it all in a bowl with the eggs and beat.

turn on the frying pan.

and then spice to your liking the eggs and then pour into the pan and always keep it moving.

(toast optional)

That looks really really good. Real food for breakfast is the best. I'll have to try this sometime.

i tried this, but i mixed 50% chickpeas and 50% hominy.
