Triping a couple of days in a row?

I have read that, with mushrooms, it is not easy to do two trips within a short time. Most people suggest a week between trips minimum. What would you need to do to trip two days in a row? (dosage etc)

I ask because my GF/Trip buddy has discussed taking a weekend and camping out in the middle of no where. Getting back to nature, Tripping in nature, enjoying life in general, etc. I was wondering if we could trip on a Friday night then again mid day on Saturday.

you will develop a tolerance quickly and more material will be needed for the same effects.

It can be done, the opinion on waiting between trips is done to "keep the magic" of the experience and not to have too much of a good thing

I find that twice in a row leads to a more controlled trip while not neccesarily a less pleasant trip (although maybe albeit less intense - which is provably good after your last night). Be careful though and don;t forget reality :p

you should avoid tripping more than once per week. It's just too much.

My pan cyans grow log from 2004!!

I usually find that after a good, hard eight hours of tripping, the last thing I want to do is trip again!

Tripping is like watching a movie: you enjoy the stimulation while it's happening, but afterwards, you want to take a rest. Stretch your legs. Go to the bathroom. Grab a snack. Take a nap. Watching two movies in a row is usually a burnout.

Also, I find that, after I come down, I love to reflect back onto my trip and see what revelations/life-altering ideas I can remember. I think it is very important to examine these ideas both sober and tripping, each mental state seems to clarify and complement the other very well.

I have tripped 3 times in the past 4 days , this is the most I have done in such a short amount of time.
Last night I ate 6 grams over 1 hour, thinking I would need twice what I took yesterday, 4 grams. I ate 2 1/2 two days before that.

Whew ,I am done for awhile for sure.

When I ate 6 grams I got high like I ate 6 grams. WHICH WAS WAAAAAAAAYYYY to intense.

I got more then I bargained for .
So I would be carefull on how much more you eat if you are trippin two days in a row.

What's it like to eat 6 grams ???

Very serious.
So I don't know if a build up of immunitiy is what you think it is.

It's not nearly as intense as taking 3gms of syrian rue an hour before taking 6gms of shrooms. That realy is unexplainable.

I once had no less then a 100 mushrooms a day for 2 weeks, it was the best 2 weeks of my life, in the end i couldn`t feel any new effects, thats how you get to know shrooms. (This is about liberty caps, not cubes or anything else)

I have heard from more than one source that tolerance doesnt build up on mushrooms as much as it does with LSD. DMT and Psilocin (not psilocybin) differ by just one oxygen atom and it was said by Dr. Rick Strausman, that Psilocin is basically just orally active DMT, and a person is usually unable to build up a tolerance to DMT no matter how many times they take it.

I felt as if I was no long a separate individual and that everything that ever was and is was now a part of a single entity that encompassed all things past and present, near and far, large and small. As a part of this entity, I was able to detect ripples from other parts of it and feel goings on at the other side. Syrian Rue is an MAOI. It stops certain reactions within the body from taking place and thereby allowing more of the alkaloids from the mushroom to survive digestion. (This is a very simple explanation of how an MAOI works and may be slightly flawed in its exact wording)

It basically doubles the effects of the shrooms.

Care must be taken when using an MAOI as not to eat certain foods and not to mix MAOIs with certain medications.

I once made tea from about 20 grams of mushrooms, and had a pretty nice, not too heavy trip for a few hours.

About 30 hours later I did the same, but perhapse it was 25 grams or so, and had a same "intensity" with the trip, but it was actually much more pleasant and relaxed than the first day.

To those that replayed with relevant information, Thanks. You have been informative and helpfull.

To those that responded with why it is so bad to do it more than once a week. I know all the reasons stated. I am not looking to make this a daily thing. It is a rare opportunity for me to do something with some one that I care deeply about. I hate to take a weekend and not get the most out of it. Thanks for the warnings.
