I hear lots of things.
In nature.. you would be talking about a completely different set of noises. I hear a high pitched buzzing in nature but I always attributed it to thousands of cicadas and insects in the trees, all screaming in unison.

Then there is the tinnitus from my damaged ear drums, which results in a high pitched frequency when surrounded by silence.

Then there is the RF "radiation noise" that I pick up all the time, from electronics.

They are all similar but have slightly different nuances.

Its possible that it could be any of those things you mentioned but at the SAME time while we concentrate on it we increase the noise

possibly because we become more conscious of the sound we inadvertanly overlap them with our own conscious memories making them appear louder when they might not be

I think if its anyonne of what shroomism mentioned, its most probably the tinnitus thing. What i'm wondering though, is how come shroomism, on the contrary to me and bandaid, only hears it in silence, and also, how come it grows louder when i'm deeply thinking OR when i want it to.

Chill out. The sound is only coming from the chip implant they have put in your head. It is perfectly normal.

it's not that I only hear it in silence.. it's just that you learn to "tune it out" of your conscious thoughts, so when it is silent I associate that to deep thinking, making it easier for you to notice the noise, when you notice it you "tune in" and it becomes louder as you are focusing on it.
