well the problem is that it is a very thin piece but it goes all the way around the print ....and it's not on the outside edge its in the middle of the print. How it got there I dont know but it did, so it would disturb a large portion of the print.

Is there any chance that it will just dry out because it is such a thin piece of veil? or should I definitely remove it?

Don't leave it! Do you have a magnifying glass? Is so, use it for precision in conjunction with the tweezers..

I've had hairs in prints before..I know it is a big pain in the ass, but it could potentially be a bigger one if you don't get rid of it.
