Gallon of coffee on empty stomach over here. Level 4 caffeine experience. Might get take out in a bit. Ate way too much cheese whiz last night.

I had two small coffees, maybe 8oz cups, and i didn't fill them all the way because i use a lot of milk

I also ate a lot today, I had my breakfast tray at like 5:30 or 6, I fried 5 hotdogs and 2 slices bacon at like 9 or 10am, and I had my lunch tray at noon, that's like 105g protein, that's enough food for the whole day, but I'll probably have a can of tuna around dinner cause I'll probably be hungry in 5 or 6 hours


I think I seasoned my carbon steel pan properly, I have only cooked nonstick foods in it so far until last night, but I cooked four eggs last night and they didn't stick, they also didn't glide around the pan, like they stuck technically, but lifted completely with a spatula and didn't stick in that sense

I'm really impressed with the carbon steel, but its a lot more work, Teflon you can walk away and clean 4 hours later, carbon steel you need to clean while its still hot, and then oil, I have to clean, put back on a burner to evaporate moisture, and spread a drop of oil around, and then wipe the oil out

I get paranoid about my health if I go more than a day without vegetables. I don't know how you're doing keto for so long. I'd get some bloodwork done. My cholesterol was really high at one point.
