Wrong, after three years of begging permission to use usa’s weapons on targets in Russia, cia had to spell it out for them how to use what they had to strike deep without an american weapon. And without intelligence and surveillance that the west provides, they wouldn’t know where these targets even are. When Trump made the diesel deal he even threatened to pull intel sharing if Zelenskyy doesn’t stop. He can’t hit a single egg without our help.

. Of course zelenskyy won’t stop, usa is setting the targets, granting permission, and selling long range drone designs. If trump actually wanted it to stop he could make it stop.
