So dissociation can fuck right the hell off. Was so overstimulated today and ended up in a big fucking $2 shop that was basically Temu IRL. Was in the "art" section looking at all the AI slop with my sister, laughing at all the uncanny valley crap until it hit me that we are in strange times and this uncanny valley crap was what I had been experiencing for 3/9 months of this year.

Fuck trauma, fuck dissociation, fuck autism, fuck overstimulation, and fuck what we are doing to the world with overconsumption. Pissed me right the fuck off. Plus my mum stressed me out and I called her a cunt to my sister. I feel bad lol I love my mum, she's A grade nuts but not a cunt. I'm glad she didn't hear me.
