We’ve got stock market products, crypto, gold and precious metals, let’s head over to the Money Matters Diamond District and show you how the unglued envelopes of diamonds, rubies, opals etc are folded but especially, opened, without dropping or even scattering the contents on the table or floor.

The Brifka/Briefke (Yiddish and Flamish, after the Antwerp Diamond District, it means “little letter”) aka the Diamond Letter, Diamond Parcel, or Stone Paper, is a piece of unglued folded paper, often with a colored sheet inside it, that are part and parcel of the trade in Diamonda and Precious Gems, most notably Diamonds.

Diamonds make a poor investment as lab grown diamonds are dropping the bottom out of the market (and plummeting!) but the way some of y’ all investment ninjas are raking in the dough, you might well be in the market for stones, be they natural or lab grown, if only for an upcoming wedding, so you might as well put a few mintes aside to learn the basic skills of knowing what to do with a Brifka if one is handed to you.
