I do not agree that most cittas are neutral with no valence, or no morality,
nor do I think that valence or morality is essential to every moment of consciousness, although the question "how does it feel to be a bat?" i.e. does pertain to qualia, and that is core to the the spiritual and philosophical side of things as well as to the notion of consciousness.

good and evil are tangential intellectual constructs that fit poorly in the abhidhamma analysis:

(you may note the reference citta duration of to billionth of a second is erroneous but it also pertains to the uncertainty of those (non-meditating) buddhist scholars who are not realized - and this is common among scholars versus the meditating monks. the scholars preserve and maintain texts without actual understanding - - -  I put the duration of each citta to 1/6th of a second which can be directly observed, turning the abstract theory into something more tangible)

good and evil may have moral relevance in terms of hatred, greed and delusion - which are negative karmic roots. (as opposed to good will, generosity, and wisdom - the positive karmic roots)
but good and evil also may be assigned to "wrong view" (or ignorant perception being evil - and may subtend from lack of wisdom or association with unwise people)
while valence is simply presented as pleasure or displeasure.

neutral also may be indicated by "equanimity", or awareness without pleasure or displeasure.

many cittas are considered with roots, and that would be when one citta follows (is activated by) another sequentially as in thought based upon memory/experience.

some cittas are admittedly without roots as such, and these are those fresh mind moments as the awareness is shifted automatically to something changing in the life context at the moment.

for those mind moments following changes, roots may be external to the personal mind and derived from issues in the environment or body.

I find that meditation makes you make progress

All these progresses that buddhism talks about
And positive qualities
And absence of negative qualities
And non-buddhist, maybe zen
Etc.
I think that almost all of them Can be made by meditating

Sometimes you dont get anywhere maybe
But i think get closer to getting somewhere
Maybe like getting readiness
Like saving up money that can only be withdrawn later, at a later time
This can happen from meditation i think

My experiences with angels is that they are like a Super-Mind, of which human-mind is a subset, but human-mind also intersects with the Underworld, and of course the physical world, and the Void.

I'm not sure the angels have proprietorship over consciousness, however. I met a dwarf creature not too long ago who was quite conscious, and he was no angel.

Consciousness is just my word for the supernatural realm.
They being synonyms and stuff.

Yes I was on a low dose cocktail of psychedelics (mescaline, psilocybin, morning glory seeds) and drumming on a djembe in my back yard, when the fractals in the grass started to ripple and a dwarf came out of them,  mostly in my imagination. I had some telepathic dialogue with him, he was not exactly trustworthy and I didn’t feel to comfortable with him hanging around the property (seemed mischievous), but after introducing him to some higher spiritual beings, he was given a task and sent off on his merry way.
