Buy your vitamin C, your amino acids, whey, herbal extracts, by the kilo and improvise a measuring spoon out of aluminium foil that scoops you the right dose every day.

Do not fall for Big Pharma or Big Supplement bullshit.

Supply us with the factual most recent data we should be aware of about what works for you and your loved ones.

If you don't really wanna do anything, buy the cheapest multivitamin and take the lowest dosage form or half a tab or cap of that - sincerely. Totally not messing with you here.

There is no excuse to not spend less than 15 bucks for 500 tabs for 500 days at the very least and geriatric you -if you make it- will thank you for it.

The only supplement I take is creatine monohydrate.  I've been taking it since the late 90s when I was in my early 20s.

Most days of the week I eat basically carnivore

I believe I won't get scurvy, but just in case I make pine needle tea once a week, I don't see any reason not too

Eastern white pine, has more vitamin c then citrus fruits, I mix some needles with chamomile teabag



Maybe it even adds some benifical bacteria if the boiling water don't kill it all, I try to eat forage foods cause I feel like it helps the microbiom

You should take this as an indication that it works.

Also you should take it as an indication you were around some allergen.

AHCC will put your immune system into overdrive, so yea it had something to do with it. But more so it revealed that you had a severe allergen in your midst.
