My wife got me a new baitcaster reel for my birthday. A Shimano SLX DC. It comes with a computerized microchip digital braking system that senses when a backlash is going to start and applies spool braking to prevent it. Makes a funny noise when you cast but it actually works. Insane technology. Here's a video someone else posted to YouTube of the sound.

What's weird is that this time of the year we usually get no rain at all for weeks at a time.

However, this year it has been raining nearly every single day with deadly humidity and temps in the 90s.

Needless to say all my auto flowers molded to shit back in May :mad2:

:mad2:

Cannabis can no longer be grown outdoors here at all

Oh, my bad, this is the fishing thread, doh!

Haha all good! Without detailing too much, have you had luck in the past with auto flowers outdoors? I tried once and they just turned into tiny plants with tiny flowers. Our climate is much different than yours though. I need to go from end of May till early October to get outdoor yields.

I used to and I could get some big girls!

Now, it has gotten too humid and rainy and one the buds get to about week four, they all mold.

It has been this way for the past couple of years :mad2:

:mad2:

I can put plants out in mid April here and go to around November.

I really need a good tropical sativa!

Anyways, I'm going fishing tomorrow :fishing:
