Other than penis envy which I eventually ended up throwing in the trash, my wife is like a Goddess on mushrooms.

For anyone who has done it before, is a breakthrough on DMT really worth the trouble of extracting or synthesising it? Like is it really that amazing or is just like some slightly more intense mushroom CEVs? I've heard a lot of good about it but I really have no idea if it is worth it or not. Does it feel like you get thrown into a different universe or is it just like some more intense imaginary colours you see with your eyes closed?

I know it is probably impossible to tell me what it is like, but that's why I am just asking if you think it is good enough to be worth experiencing

hate to bump old threads or old replies, but IT IS LIFE CHANGING.

I wonder if some entities are just different parts of our subconscious speaking to us but in a DMT mindset we can visualize each piece of subconscious thought as a different entity.

That's my theory. Dreams are a good example of our brains having the ability to generate entities that are convincingly separated from our conscious for a period of time.

RGV what are your thoughts on dreams? Is that also frame stacking?

I think short term memory plays a role too. The way so much happens in the moment that it feels like a long time has passed, then 5 minutes later you can't remember much of it, almost like it never happened.

Not sure how that ties into the frame theory. Maybe our memory hole can only fit 1 frame at a time, so when they start sticking together it all slides past without sinking in.

Ayahuasca is interesting how you can kind of be in between worlds. Stacked frames but still conscious.

Usually dreams occur at the interface between dreamless sleep and either waking or just between dreamless sleep periods.

Sometimes a strong sensory stimulus starts it up, in which case yes the limbic system (emotional apparatus)  will kick in and mental activations will be extended and the contents (images, sounds, body feelings) will therefore overlap and stack up.

sometimes dreams include content that by hovering (focussing) makes the limbic system kick in causing frame stacking as well.

some dreams are very plain, a few scenes, a few frames, and that's that, no stacking.

after a six week hiatus of no DMT but either lsd or mdma or both every 3rd or fourth day I found tolerance to DMT after a long plane trip in which I did have 25ug lsd and 45mg mdma over 12 hours.

the dopaminergic good feeling was there, but the seratonergic magic was not, so I probably have to go a full week of no psychedelics to return to psychedelic dmt virginity

The time dilation in hyperspace (far more extreme orally) feels like a prolonged state of near death experience, where life flashes before one’s eyes while the world itself goes bullet time!

In survival terms, I assume that this is the body/minds way of reacting within infinitesimally split moments of time (to doge oncoming traffic, etc) but in hyperspace, this slow motion phenomenon ironically acts in tandem with light speed acceleration, or rather overwhelming amounts of information being crammed into linear time.

In that state, time isn’t measured in seconds on a clock but in the amount of information the overburdened mind has to process— which is a lot of time! The crazy thing is that one part of the mind is cold sober and observing (thinking for the love of god hurry up!) while the other part is slowed to, what feels like, almost a stop!

I’ve never known anything like the time dilation as with high doses of Anahuasca, which makes it a far more daunting prospect, for me, than smoked DMT!

May only be an hour or so to peak, but that is a very loooong time to spend completely unplugged from the matrix!
