For sure Mush, I still have loads of tomatoes to harvest but I don't grow them in summer because of the pm.
Spinach is also a pain in summer here, it grows huge but the pm is a pain especially when it's next to my cannabis.

I've planted loads of garlic after a successful red onion harvest, will definitely grow onion, beets and garlic in winter again.

On this last day of 2025, here is the current state of my garden. Snow covered beds. Mostly empty, but garlic is in and strawberries are covered. See you in the Spring!

Getting an early start on a few things.

Here we've got:

37 Varieties of Peppers

4 Varieties of Eggplants

A tray of onions

An attempt at growing my own sweet potato slips

and a tray of cold weather greens, kale, collards, mustard, winter lettuce, corn salad, mizuna, tatsoi

I'm proud of myself. I planned a week by week succession planting schedule that utilizes my shelves and my cold frames to their fullest. I like making fermented sauces, and I really hit on something with Cabacina Laranja Peppers last year. Small orange peppers with medium hot heat and an amazing flavor.

I also bet heavy on Aji Charapita XL this year. I've never grown this variety, but I've heard great things, and I want to include it in some fermented sauces and keep some dried flakes around as well.
