Ginty Potatoes
    #2690743 -

not really a recipe I guess...just a way of praparing the best damned stuffed potatoes you've ever had in you life

the idea is pretty simple:

- bake a bunch of potatoes just like you normally would
- while they're cooking brown up some ground beef in a skillet or some shit
- drain and set aside for now
- when the potatoes are done remove them from the oven, take off the tin foil, and cut em in half length wise
- scoop out a large portion of the insides (leaving basically just the skin and enough potatoe to keep it's shape)
- blend all the little potato chunks together with butter and garlic salt and all that other nice shit (garlic = k3y)
- fill each 'shell' with this shit that you just made (meat on bottom with the garlic mashed potatoes on top)
- cover with cheddar cheese and bacon bits
- place on a cooking sheet and put em back in the rack to re-heat em
- they'll be ready when the cheese is melted and the skin is just slightly starting to shrivel up some
- serve fresh out the over with a bit of sour cream to taste

Damn that sounds good! I wish I could smoke and make some, but alas, smoking is out of the question. Perhaps I'll make them anyways.

Good recipe
