Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I hereby request records and publicly releasable information concerning any references to the term “Stargate” (and related phrases such as “Stargate Command,” “Stargate project,” or similar) in connection with the Cheyenne Mountain Complex (also referenced as NORAD, Cheyenne Mountain AFS/Complex, or Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center) from January 1, 1960 through the present.

Specifically, I request:

1. Declassified or publicly releasable emails, memos, briefings, press releases, public-affairs materials, photographs, maps, brochures, or other documentation that reference “Stargate” (or common variants) and Cheyenne Mountain.


2. Any records of official use of “Stargate” as a project name, internal code name, nickname, or in public outreach materials tied to Cheyenne Mountain.


3. Publicly releasable transcripts, remarks, or Q&A from briefings or public events where Cheyenne Mountain operations were described using “Stargate” language.


4. Any records describing coordination with film/television productions or public-relations entanglements where “Stargate” or similar popular-culture references were used in relation to Cheyenne Mountain.

i wonder how the morale is with the national guard. being deployed to do police work on us soil and now it looks like they wont get paid??
