J6 wasn't caused by vigilantism though? Sure the actual people storming the capitol were vigilantes, but they were being directed by the literal president to be there.

It was caused by a sitting President, alongside people like Charlie Kirk, Stephen Miller and other people all who were acting under the guise the presidency was being stolen from them which was at the direct order of the president.

The very same reason why Trump refused to call in the national guard to stop them.

Which can only be said is ironic because now when there's no actual insurrection going on, he's calling them in because he's trying to create a false-flag operation in order to consolidate power for whatever stupid remaining part of his life is left.

Personally speaking I think there's plenty of room of vigilantism in order to fight a corrupt government.
