Thank you spirit shadow for teaching me about sitting seiza, I find it's the only way for me to sit with my back straight due to bad posture so I'm using it to meditate

It really is a solid posture - just be sure to pay attention to your knees if you remain sitting as such for any more than 20+p (+/-) minutes or so at a time and I don’t think there should be any issues with assuming it in the long term either.

I'm trying to get an HPV vaccine before I start visiting the brothel again. Seems the only way to get it for my age group is to tell my doctor I'm gay again.
