Last time i tripped i felt 100% perfectley fine the day after, and i puked like three times the night before. But, if you feel weird i suggest just eating something, watch a movie or somethin to take your mind off of feeling weird, then maybe while you are watchin it you will fall asleep. Food and sleep usually help me.

Maybe I've just got great luck, but I always feel terrific after a trip... all nice and glow-y and happy and at peace with everything... I'm tired, yeah, but it's a fufilled, happy tired. The only thing I can think of is maybe get a few hours of z's after the trip is over.

I'm with PeachMan. I always feel tired from being up most of the night, but quite fulfilled the day after. What kind of negative effects do you get?

I don't know what the day after from shrooms is like, but I know what acid fallout is like. ;-) I used to get it when I first started trippin. Sevear head ache, very lasargic, sleepy, and more tripped out then when your on the acid! ;-) lol

I found, simply dropping at a decent hour, relaxing without over exerting yourself, and getting a full night sleep will eliminate those problems completely! Though, now, I can go on a double 16 hour trip, stay up for another 24 hours, then go back to normal sleeping habbits and still have more energy then a squirel! That's why they call me squirley!! Seriously! Thats why!!! Not because I look like a squirel.... REALY!!! 8-P'''

I usually feel just fine after tripping. Well besides the lack of sleep. But after a shroom experience a little loss of sleep doesn't seem like such an inconvience. If you are dropping E or something maybe you should try taking a prozac the day after. I hear that helps alot.

Well I dont know about everbody, but I think this is true for a lot of people.
The difference between coming down from acid or mushrooms is like the difference between night and day. I feel like total shit when I come down from acid. But coming down from mushrooms has always been nice and easy, and I'm able to get a good sleep right away too. The next day I feel just fine and quite peaceful after shrooms. But I dont even do acid anymore, its just not worth it.

i know someone who ate a 20 sac and had body stone so heavy that he had to get carried outta class when the teacher noticed. the teacher said "he looked kinda... squirlley" and so thats his nickname now.
he also smokes bowls full of roach papers! sick bastard

the acid hangover always varies with me. Sometimes I get a really bad chemical feeling, other times (Usually when I smoke throughout the whole trip) I feel really earthy and relaxed, then go to sleep and wake up fine.

However, on some hangovers I get a speed rush, like I took a bunch of ephederine or some kind of amphetamine and my body can't feel anything, so I could probably run for like 5 miles and not feel a thing. My body does go through a lot though when I get that speed, I can definately feel it when it wears off.
