I believe owsley stanley never tripped the cactus, but if I had one trip or one time to do it I would personally shoot for the moon and take the highest dose that I could.

Thats how I always have tripped the more the merrier...

but That is just my life and my story with these substances, before I had basically and unlimited supply of lsd I would always shoot for a higher dose each trip to see how far I could push the boundaries. Thinking to myself when starting down the road what IF it got dry and I could not trip again, so when I had a lot of cid I pushed it as high and as far as she could take me.

I enjoy this forum and have missed chit chatting about these topics as I am getting older now.

Running dry? the cactus would love that. That's the nice thing about a plant, is it grows back. If I were him, I would cut both those tips about 5 inch cuttings. Then root the tips 2 inches long. Take the extra 6 inches and eat it. Now- he gets a trip test- 2 extra free cactus, and soon 2 or more pups . The well never runs dry ... and if it does the cactus might like the drought

Your story about doing lots of drugs just incase you ever ran out or couldn't get them is pretty crazy(fun) Go hard while ya can! I'm a bit on the cautious side with psychedelics for sure. I've watched videos about people having 400 hits of acid in their pocket and getting rained on, it soaking into their leg,  and tripping for 2 weeks etc or other crazy horror stories. There's a channel on some video platform where it's just videos of peoples craziest drug experiences.  Sounds like a nightmare to me! And I've had a few nightmares myself ( more than a few maybe?
