Question about pasty plates & grain inoculation

So finally I got about 4 clean plates. 2 from my Nats spore print and 2 from my PE clone material.

& then after some research here I decided that I wanted to do pasty plates and the tiger drop 2.0 to each of the 10 spawn jars.

So a couple days ago I transferred 4 samples of the PE to pasty plates and 6 of the nats to plates.

2 of the plates showed contam on the first couple of days so I poured a couple more and transfers again from the original plates.

My question is… since the these are so small the plates from a couple days ago are already 75% colonized.

Should I let them go 100% or throw them in the fridge until the other ones reach that level?

I still need to prep my grains this weekend and then I’ll inoculate and finally get this party started :sporedrop:

Also, how do y’all deal with your masters. I already threw away the original plates but still have the transfer plates I took these transfers from. Should I stick them in fridge so I can grow them out again depending on which grow best or do you just take clone tissue from the ones that grow that best? Planning to do shoeboxes.
