I'm just really confused how meat eating and masculinity seem to be synonyms to some people.  Is this multi cultural or a western thing? 

I kind of get political tendencies, but that seems to be a pretty big over generalization as well.

You are what you eat.

If you ain’t eating meat and getting protein muscle, safe to assume you ain’t gettin’ swole and probably just remaining at default weakling-mode human.

You do know that animals don't create protein, right?  They utilize plant protein.  People can do the same.  It's just much more efficient because animals eat much more protein than they convert to muscle.  In general, the larger the animal the worse the conversion rate.
