There is no way to avoid it.

What would be the solution? Have the state upgrade public defenders to an elite legal eagle squad for each swinging dick that catches a charge? Would the state be willing to shell out the $$$ for said legal defense....while trying to prosecute from the other side?

Feel like Biden publicly pardoning trump a day after sentencing might play well. Even if it's state charges, just announcing a pardon anyway. Not like people really pay attention to the details.

The president can't pardon state charges, only the governor of New York could do that.

Not in the least. In this case, there is one defendant of one socioeconomic class.  Disparity isn't even applicable in one case.

That is not what I was saying. I was saying that Trump getting probation for 34 felony charges will be an example of our two tiered justice system, not the exception to that rule.
