So what? You don’t vote at all? That doesn’t make you a “lefty”, a “righty”, or anything else. Since we can’t ever really know who any of us are or what we do outside of this forum, it’s pointless to use that as a metric for political discussion. I only say this because my real life actions have been discussed before, and despite what I say about my volunteer work or history with political campaigns/movements, it never really changes the opinion of the person questioning me. One time a guy derailed this subforum for like a year because he said he went to Crimea and polled people about Russia.  I think most of us know we aren’t moving the needle with threads on the shroomery, so it’s probably best we just discuss ideas on their merits rather than pretend we’re in some political Miss America pageant.

That said, I do think the divide between leftist and liberal is a distinction worth making, and that the difference between leftist and liberal is far greater than that of liberal and conservative. Speaking for myself obviously, but the red vs blue pundit shit is not interesting, and tends to not be the bulk of discussion here. I’m much more interested in the decay of the prevailing world order, the emergence of a global multipolarity, and the resurrection of anticapitalism as a legitimate political force.

I don't promote Trump, and I'm not apolitical for refusing to vote for the lesser of two evils. I have voted, when I was inspired to vote.

I voted for Obama, because I wanted Medicare for all.. and I wanted a black president. I voted for Bernie.

If you read the rest of my comment you’d see that your definition of apolitical is attributable to basically everyone here, as none of us really know what anyone does outside of posting on this forum. To the extent I’ve seen bbw promote Trump it’s only to draw parallels between he and the Democrats, but maybe he does in a different subforum idk. I’m only basing my opinion on the years of posts he’s made here.
