here they are from above, top left: Panaeolus subbaltaetus (mature) top right: panaeolus subbaltaetus (fresh)
bottom left: psilocybe cubensis (somewhat dried)
bottom right: panaeolus subbaltaetus (dried)
a little bit closer....
nice young pan subbs... mmmmmmm
fully grown, substantial pan subbs... mmm, trippy!
sweet cubies in varrying stages of the drying process, almost ready to chop up into a milkshake for a trip to the mooooooon.
all together you got a very substantial experience waiting to occur.

Hi Mitch,,, are you on vacation..?? just wondering about the cubies.. The pan subbs are nice.. I especially like the pictures of the fresh little ones.. those are the best tasting.. I was also wondering have you noticed any varying intensity of pan subbs... I have, I've eaten dryed and fresh recently and enjoyed them alot more in the flesh,,I mean fresh....
I found them fruiting directly from manure/compost and a bail of hay.. The manure/compost seemed to offer a better reality.... any input???? thanks.... enjoy... nofindum...

the subbs were all found on bales of old hay. the cubes are homegrown, make no mistake, although i may have intentionally orchastrated the confusion
yes i find the pan subbs vary in intensity, seem to be stronger in the early spring... also, straw grown ones are a little stronger than dung

Thanks for the reply.. I figured you were up to a trick with those cubes...
I have been finding subbs on old bales of hay here in Rhode Island like crazy... after reading your post I went out and had a look at a few bales I've been scouting and sure enough I found 2 big groupings of pan subbs.. Most had already gone by but I salvaged a few of them...

This bail of old constrution hay mysteriously found it's way into my whellbarrow.....and is still fruiting....Enjoy your milkshake... Nofindum....
