 characters that aren't quite kosher with quick reply

one thing I've noticed is that certain symbols (<, >, &, etc...) don't show up properly when people respond using quick reply...it'll show up as something like &t; (or some crap like that anyway) in stead of the actual symbol itself - and then the next person that replies will have two of those little character code thing-a-ma-schmucks, followed by three in the following response, and four in the one after that...and so on and so forth all the way down the line until it eventually starts scrolling the shit outta the forum

Thanks for pointing that out. I definitely think it needs to be fixed and I'll take a look to see if it's something that can be easily resolved. However, UBB 6.5 is coming out really soon and has its own Quick Reply functionality built in. I think we'll probably just end up waiting for that.
